Yes, you may use your own insurance when renting one of our vehicles. However, we will need to verify that your policy is active and that you have the minimum required auto liability coverage to rent one of our luxury cars.

We need to ensure that you have a minimum of a $100,000/$300,000/$100,000 auto liability insurance policy that will carry over to pay for his liability in the event of an accident in our vehicle while in your care.

We need to verify next that your company will cover collision and or physical damage to our vehicle in the event of an accident, as well as theft, or vandalism while our vehicle is in your care and custody, as well as the maximum payout limit for physical damage in the event of either.

If you do not meet the minimum, you can request for your insurance to increase your coverage for this rental period. We also offer RCLI and SLI through us for an additional charge.

Yes, we offer RCLI for $100 per day that you can purchase through us.

Renter’s Contingent Liability Insurance (RCLI) – provides the State Minimum Financial Responsibility (SMFR) limits for liability insurance in the jurisdiction in which an accident occurs. 

We recommend this purchase so in the event of an accident, your premiums do not skyrocket!

If you are an uninsured driver, we offer RCLI and SPD that you MUST purchase in order to rent our vehicles.

Renter’s Contingent Liability Insurance (RCLI) – provides the State Minimum Financial Responsibility (SMFR) limits for liability insurance in the jurisdiction in which an accident occurs.

Supplemental Physical Damage (SPD) –These benefits vary based on the vehicle being rented. For any vehicle in the first

three options below (values up to $75,000) this coverage is considered primary to the customer’s insurance and only excess to credit card benefits. For the remaining vehicle values, the coverage increases the Physical Damage coverage provided by the renter’s insurance policy or credit card benefits; in either case, this program provides coverage up to the limits listed below, or the vehicle value, whichever is less. This coverage is supplemental to the aforementioned benefits/coverages. Any deductible listed is a minimum deductible the renter agrees to pay IF their Personal Auto Policy or credit card benefit is insufficient. PLEASE NOTE: if a vehicle is classified incorrectly it may void coverage or reduce the maximum potential recovery to the lesser of 10% of the vehicle value or claim repair estimate.
